🛒 How to order from REDstore.am

1. Select the product and add it to your cart

Orders can be placed through the online shopping cart or via the “Quick Buy” button.
Click the “Add” button next to the selected product, and it will be added to your shopping cart.

2. Confirm product availability and prices

When placing your order, you can check the availability and prices of all products by phone.

3. Order confirmation

After submitting your order, our manager will contact you by the phone number you provided to confirm your order.

4. Reminder

Please make sure to fill in all required information accurately when placing your order.

💳 Payment methods at REDstore.am

Payments for your order can be made in two ways:

1. Online payment

Online payments can be made securely via:
MasterCard · Visa · Arca · American Express · Telcell · Idram

2. Online Credit

You can apply for an online credit through our available banking partners — quickly, conveniently, and without visiting the store.

3. Cash on delivery

Cash payments are made at the time of delivery by handing cash to the courier.
The courier will provide your receipt.

📄 If needed, an invoice can also be issued.
To pay in cash, select “Cash – via courier” in the Payment Method field.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Consumer Rights Protection” (Article 20) and the RA Government Decree No. 902 of 2001,
the consumer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days if it does not meet their expectations.

❗ Exceptions to the 14-day return period (according to RA Government Decree No. 902 of 2001):

Complex Electronics

• Mobile phones, tablets, laptops

• Smartwatches, earphones

• Cameras, photo and video equipment

• Printers, scanners, and other electronic devices

Hygienic and Personal Use Products

• Earphones (if the package has been opened)

• Hair and facial care devices (trimmers, shavers, brushes, hair dryers, etc.)

• Smart scales, electric toothbrushes

🔹 Important:
The above-mentioned products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of factory defects confirmed by the manufacturer (Article 22).
Warranty service involves repair only, not a return.
